Beef Slices with Horseradish Dressing

Beef Slices with Horseradish Dressing ~ delicious #Appetizer Or #LightDinner
This is one of our favorite light Saturday meals. Beef slices with horseradish dressing and crispy shaved vegetables piled on baked puff pastry .. a salad or two and Saturdays are settled for us.

I like to bake the puff pastry whenever I have a chance during the morning and then finish the meal off just before serving.

Horseradish dressing is one of the most delicious dressings around, or creamed horseradish on it's own is equally delicious, especially spread thinly over a Summer salad sandwich.
